Side boob? Yes! Cleavage? That depends more on your anatomy. The width of your sternum, aka the breast bone, determines how your breasts come together when wearing a bra. If you have a wide sternum, implants might not be able to overcome that – at least not without looking pretty unnatural. If your sternum is average to small, this shouldn’t be an issue.
