This 52 year old woman came to our practice because she wanted to improve the appearance of excess abdominal skin and fat. She was interested in a tummy tuck. Because of her excess fat and Lap Band port, a full abdominoplasty would have given a less than ideal result. We decided on liposuction of the abdomen and love handles with an Avelar Abdominoplasty. She was quite pleased with her results.
